We are returning to Brooklands in January 2021 for another retreat in this stunning venue.

We know that New Year can be a time for serious goal setting, but often momentum can wain. Positioning our retreat at the end of January is no mistake - having it on the horizon  will keep you aligned with your strength, fitness and wellness goals.

Your weekend will include the opportunity to participate in a variety of physical sessions. And in the beauty of our wonderful venue - Brooklands Barn - you will be given the choice of how much or little you do, and to what level.

When not participating in our timetable of activities you can enjoy the heated on-site swimming pool, sauna, hikes to the nearby town and beaches or simply relax with a good book in front of the fire. Your retreat, your choice.

Your Venue

Brooklands Barn is a beautifully restored 19th century barn set in the South Downs. 

 

The accommodation consists of newly refurbished, luxurious bedrooms and an open plan living/dining area.

We have 2 studio spaces to play with as well as a heated pool and sauna which you are welcome to use in your free time.


Numbers will be limited to allow plenty of space for you to move, reflect and or relax.

Cost per person

There are various pricing options to suit your requirements for the weekend, although there are limited rooms of each type.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however the rooms will be allocated on a “first come first serve basis”, on receipt of your deposit.

I am collaborating with The PT Way for this three day retreat to bring you the very best sessions from our respective businesses. Here is what you can expect.

Caroline Studio Scoop

I have 12 years experience of teaching Pilates and will be bringing my knowledge together for some classical sessions as well as some more general conditioning classes. I like to teach strong, effective and mindful classes to help improve posture, strength and flexibility.  You'll leave feeling stronger, leaner and taller.

Ian The PT Way

I am first and foremost a Personal Trainer but I have a special interest in group exercise. My classes are tailored to challenge members of all levels whilst respecting personal goals, abilities and restrictions. You will get results but will leave feeling energised, not broken!

Rooms will be booked on a first come first served basis.

An initial deposit of 25% will be required to hold the space and the remainder due by 1st November 2020.
